La nota prende in esame la trattazione bobbiana della tesi divisionistica, nella sua funzione di strumento di invalidazione della teoria del diritto natur ale. Obiettivo principale è quello di mettere in luce i presupposti teorici, epist emologici e metaetici della sua posizione non-cognitivistica. Michele Zezza, Norberto Bobbio and anti-jusnaturalist divisionism [Jusnaturalism - Divisionism - Non-cognitivism] This article examines Bobbio’s treatment of the divisionist thesis, in its function as a tool for invalidating the natural law theory. The main aim is to throw light on the theoretical, epistemological and meta-ethical premises of his non-cognitivist position.
