In the contribution, starting from the emerging concept of Circular Land and from some experiences of local innovation in Sicily, the authors outline a new scenario of development, highlighting the relationships between social innovation as a process territorially rooted and the spatial context in which it acts, and identifying the relational dimension of connectivity as the main field of action for regional territorial policies.
