The unstoppable flow of people of different origins, arriving in many European countries, makes the management of social changes difficult to analyze. It is not only the numbers that are of concern, but also the socio-cultural aspects that ac-company each migrant who, while being a ‘resource’, is at the same time a ‘chal-lenge’ for the rulers. Today’s work deals with the study of the potential that sport can have as a tool of social integration for a better integration of immigrants. It can be considered a valid vehicle for inclusion and aggregation, because it edu-cates and trains each individual to live in an honest and fair manner. It is also a unique study scenario because it tempers differences of age, gender, ethnicity and status to make room for those skills that facilitate dialogue with others. Sport generates values that foster civil coexistence and enables people to achieve unexpressed capacities.
