It’s been almost fifteen years than the importance of the local dimension arose, due to both the political and the socio-economical contest. In such a framework, the paper analyzes the regionalisation processes of the work-life balance opportunities. For this purpose, it’s been explored both the normative and the socio-economic framework, using the Esping Andersen theoretical framework of familialization and defamilialization.

Keywords: Work-life Balance Policies; Territorialisation; Regional Models; Familization; Defamilialization.
