FrancoAngeli is member of Publishers International Linking Association, Inc (PILA), a not-for-profit association which run the CrossRef service enabling links to and from online scholarly content.

The article addresses the role played by third-sector entities in constructing the institutional system to reduce usury in our country. Based on a qualitative investigation with semi-structured interviews, it analyzes and comments on the point of view of the main players in the system. The research highlights how the bottom-up push from civil society has been fundamental for the current configuration based on multi-stakeholder and multi-level governance.
