L’articolo esprime alcune riflessioni rispetto alla sottile linea di confine che scorre tra le recenti trasformazioni che stanno attraversando la giustizia minorile dopo le modifiche istituite dalla Riforma Cartabia e la necessità ineludibile di preservare e garantire i diritti delle persone di minore età, come presupposto di una giustizia a misura di bambino.
