A new breed of scholars is starting to focus their attention on the topic of organizational learning, partly the same who already gained successes (unpredictable in the past) about the problem of the learning of living organisms. The fact that many scientists come from the different fields the human knowledge is divided into, facilitates the identification of the purpose of their research on learning in the progressive, but methodical, building of a real "knowledge management". The study, through a descriptive method of research, wants to analyze the existing literature, checking the actual results of the research in progress, in order to open new perspectives on our mental activities, our intelligence, our thoughts and learning. If we want to give some answers to the fact that the individuals, with all their informative assets, represent the strategic point of success for the organizations, we have to look in depth ‘behind the scenes’ of companies, to know their structure and functions, in each detail. These useful notions on information varieties, developed in the last recent years, are based on the outputs of the scientific research. Shortly, a lot of assumptions and few proven things. From all this, we can, however, already draw conclusions that allow us to confute or, at least, to put in a new light some of the current ideas about the processes of organizational learning.
