This paper explores the kind of organizational actions to be promoted in order to prevent workplace bullying. Moving from the main relevant antecedents variables, some interventions have been found in the literature which might contribute to prevent the phenomenon. A group interview conducted to workers involved in safety management among different enterprises allowed to explore some issues related to practical interventions.
