The author analyzes the difficulties that you encounter in front of the primary scene in the analysis of neurotic patients. By her reflections, it emerges that the primary scene is not a psychic reality enrolled as a pre-arranged factor, but rather a pre-conception that must meet certain pre-conditions, related to the psychology of the object, in order to have a structuring value.

Keywords: Ghosts, primary scene, dreams, pre-conception, construction, states-limit.
