FrancoAngeli is member of Publishers International Linking Association, Inc (PILA), a not-for-profit association which run the CrossRef service enabling links to and from online scholarly content.

The essay is based on a recent analysis about the ways in which universities have worked with territories within and around an important national policy (the snai), the first to express a clear direction against territorial inequalities. This research has allowed us to critically reflect on the ways in which universities could further be engaged in public initiatives involving cities and territories, also prompted by the new vqr-Third Mission evaluation criteria.
