Situational learning, mediated by participatory experiences and cooperative group dynamics, requires a review of university didactics. The choice of interaction modalities, the construction of shared knowledge, reflection on the skills brought by each subject-in-training and feedback tools become essential for a design that welcomes learning contexts. The paper presents an initial investigation of a training course conducted between the university and 0-6 educational services in which the sustainability of didactic research constitutes a relevant reflection to be witnessed. By means of some significant points of feedback on the learning process designed, implemented and in progress, it will be possible to highlight part of the reflexive architecture on which critical practices are based. The analysis will also underline the importance of participants’ engagement as a constitutive part of the experience.
