The provincial centers for adult education appear as educational labs and socio-cultural connectors oriented towards the achievement of educational qualifications and the certification of skills, primarily of a linguistic nature. This is firstly due to the high heterogeneity in student composition.  In such contexts, artistic-expressive practices represent a means of interpretation and analysis of reality and contemporary society, capable of promoting cultural inclusivity. The paper presents a research carried out at a provincial adult education center, aimed at investigating whether theatrical practice can contribute to the promotion of intercultural sensitivity and the development of cross-cultural connections through the creation of a shared expressive language, capable of increasing communicative interactions.
