The dynamic and multifaceted role of the school psychologist is continuously adapting to meet the diverse needs of students and the broader educational community. This research delves into the challenges and issues faced by students in upper secondary schools within the Bergamo province, and reported to the school psychologist. Employing a collaborative data collection tool facilitated by the participation of schools in the SPS (health-promoting schools) network, the study emphasizes the significance of a unified approach to monitoring health-related psychological concerns. The findings underscore the value of structured and systematic data gathering, providing insights into the nature and progression of such issues over time. The results not only validate existing literature findings aligned with the adolescent population in Bergamo but also pave the way for exploring new areas. This exploration enables a more comprehensive understanding of health-related psychological aspects, guiding the implementation of targeted health promotion initiatives within the school environment.
