Law no. 35/2010 has introduced a complex reform of the Spanish labour market. The Authors point out some critical aspects of the reform, concerning the fight against unemployment, the "social fragmentation" deriving from the large use of fixed-term contracts and the employer’s increased prerogatives, particularly in dismissals.
