The XXIII International Congress of Analytical Psychology was held in Zurich from 24 to 29 August 2025, on the 150th anniversary of Carl Gustav Jung's birth, on the theme “Experiences of the non-understandable: Jungian explorations and contributions”. With nearly 1900 participants, the Congress represented a moment of powerful regeneration for the identity of the international Jungian community, focusing on the role of analytical psychology in a society marked by urgency, polarization and the illusion of control. Through plenary sessions and numerous parallel sessions, world-renowned speakers addressed topics related to trauma, symbolism, active imagination, the ecology of the mind, aesthetic perspective and analytical practice. There was a large Italian presence, with pre-congress workshops and numerous contributions on dreams, the Self, poetic language and intercultural historical readings of Jungian thought.
