Mobile addiction, expression of the profound economic, social and cultural rights in recent decades, is becoming a growing problem, especially among teenagers. The article, in the first part focuses on the analysis of the literature on the technology addiction, in general, and mobile phone addiction, specifically; the second part presents a action-research, on the one hand, has had the aim of examining the relationship between cognitive factors (locus of control) and emotional factors (emotional dysregulation) in cases of misuse of mobile phones; on the other hand, wanted to launch a debate about the influence of the group is to stimulate the behavior of abuse, both in turning your cell phone into a tool for coping with respect to regulating behavior.
