Increasing of complexity of social needs, the need to contrast the spread of inequalities and processes of impoverishment have contributed to redesign local welfare, while at the same time they bring out the need for innovative policies for social protection and collective well-being. The most recent literature highlights that the territory and the plurality of local actors are increasingly stimulated to create public and private networks and to think about actions based on personalization and co-production. Starting from this context, the article deepens the topic of the welfare corporate social responsibility in which there is a new way of promoting wellbeing through listening to the needs of employees. A project carried out in Veneto region is therefore presented, using the tools of professional social work in a perspective of dialogue, confrontation and collaboration among welfare institutions and social actors in the area.
