With the Law n. 14/2023, the current government majority has ordered a legal extension of the maritime state-owned concessions for tourist-recreational use until 31 December 2024. This paper aims to frame the critical issues of this legislative extension. In particular, this contribution will provide the analysis of its compatibility with European and Constitutional principles and its concrete effects on the administrative acts.
