The thinking of Pagliarani, founder of Italian socio-psycho-analysis, brings together infusions of literature, individual and group psychoanalysis, and social psychology, with passion. The author, with her contribution, interweaves personal testimonies and reflections on the importance of Pagliarani’s work, which is necessary, more than ever in today’s world, to try to understand and find opportunities for interventions in terms of the crucial themes of the contemporary world: war and mental suffering. The author also emphasizes how much Pagliarani’s thought anticipates current ontological and aesthetic psychoanalysis. .
