The article intends to interrogate the experience of the experiential group in a dual management structure offered to postgraduates of the first and second year of the COIRAG school in Rome in 2019/2020/2021. The double used the device of Freudian psychodrama alternating with the device of the group analysis. The article shows how the trait d’union between group animators and theory emerged in the rêverie process that involved them and allowed, using observation, to be able to initiate a theoretical thought not directly connected to the reference device of the entertainers.
