Landscape stories in search of an author’: is what we call the narrative of the ReLambro se project in the City of Segrate, an area like many places in our cities with spaces consumed by industrial evolution or relics forgotten by land transformations. An undefined space available for many uses that is not a city, but neither is it the countryside. This text describes the regeneration intervention representing the first dowel of a broader strategic scenario in the metropolitan area, a fragmented territory rich in environmental resources. So, the reconstruction of ecological quality and increased natural capital can no longer be renounced, if not by irreparably compromising citizens’ quality of life.
