Building a Developmental Relationship in the Forensic Context

The civil forensic context represents a social control setting in which the Court requests specific assessments. In a non-therapeutic context, is it possible to co-construct a developmental relationship? To explore this question, we used the TIAP observational tool, based on a systemic-constructivist-processual model, which highlights family system functioning and the contribution of individuals in co-constructing interactive dynamics. TIAP was applied in 15 cases of high-conflict separation managed by the Court-Appointed Expert (CTU). Results show that the tool integrates linear analyses, promotes understanding of relational circuits in action, and provides a shared framework to guide intervention not in defense of the individual, but in support of the family system as a whole.
L’ambito peritale civile è un contesto di controllo sociale in cui il Tribunale richiede valutazioni specifiche. In un contesto non terapeutico, è possibile co-costruire una relazione evolutiva? Per rispondere a questa domanda, ci siamo avvalsi dello strumento osservativo TIAP, fondato su un modello sistemico-costruzionista-processuale, che evidenzia il funzionamento del sistema familiare e il contributo dei singoli nella co-costruzione delle dinamiche interattive. TIAP è stato applicato in 15 casi di separazione conflittuale gestiti dal Consulente Tecnico d’Ufficio (CTU). I risultati mostrano che lo strumento integra le analisi lineari, introducendo una lettura interattiva del sistema familiare, osservando i circuiti relazionali in atto e offrendo una cornice condivisa per orientare l’intervento non alla difesa del singolo, ma al sostegno dell’intero sistema familiare.
