In this paper the authors describe their personal development work model for systemic therapists: a work of self-knowledge that develops both in the training group and with the two trainers an extraordinary affective and cognitive intensity. The first round of comments about genograms is prepared by three days of experiences of non verbal communication. Then the second round of autobiographical stories prepares the two-day residential genogram, which leads to the key moment of the multifamily meeting at the end of the five-year program.
