The contibution suggests to study the link between the theory about work and social conflict which can be read in Hegel’s Phenomenology of the Spirit, with the results of some recent socianalytic research and the psychoanalytic hypotheses on the psychic construction of a healthy narcissism and of a relatively stable image of the relationships between the Self and the others
